Kinect 360 lag "overplayed at E3"

It looks like a lot of the early lag issues with Microsoft's controller-free Kinect motion sensing gear were overplayed at E3. The latest bunch of games journalists to go 'hands on' with the kit and the launch titles all seem to report that the annoying lag between your movements and your on-screen avatar's movements have been reduced to practically nothing.

In games like MTV's Dance Central and Microsoft's own Kinect Adventures, movement was instantaneous between player and avatar.

Good news indeed if true.

what, they've actually allowed you to use a controller now instead and dumped the awful launch titles that are not much more than tech demos. Brilliant.
