Rumours have persisted this week that copies of Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops were stolen from a pressing plant in the US and their contents uploaded to the internet ahead of the game's November 9 launch. Activision is moving quickly to address this issue and has made a dedicated effort to remove any videos showing footage from the final build of the game that hasn't been authorised by them.

Well a new video appeared today that shows an entire round of the new Gun Game mode and which also appears to show a whole host of people playing the game online on the Xbox 360. At one point during the game, one of the players joins another's party. The fact that each player only has 3/4 bars of network connection strength also suggests this is online as opposed to local play adding credence to the speculation.

Check the video out before it's taken down. Gun Game for those of you that haven't been following sees all players start with a single pistol and every kill thereafter awards them a new and better weapon. First to 20 kills (level 20 weapons is the ballistic knife) wins the game. With perks and killstreaks disabled it looks like the perfect playing field leveller.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is released on November the 9th.
