Canned Mercenaries 3 had a little bit of Saboteur's greatness about it

Arguably, Pandemic's last proper game The Saboteur was a tour de force. Shunned by gamers, but discovered by a few who picked it up on the cheap, Sab was rather good and chock full of the sort of atmosphere you'd want to see in a World War 2 game.

Pandemic's other project that was being worked on when the studio was unceremoniously closed by EA, was the third in the Mercenaries series and looking at the footage over at kotaku it seemed to have a lot of a Saboteur vibe about it, particularly in the tight city streets you see the action taking place in.

Damned shame it'll never see the light of day but enjoy the footage anyway.
