It always seemed like it was going to be one of those 'well, it sounded good on paper' games, for me.

So... no improvement over last year's complete travesty of a PC demo then, despite a change of publisher and the extra dev time?

The video looked arse a while back, but I'll grab this tomorrow just so I can gauge just how arse it really is...

Y'know what?

I sort of liked it, but not as much as the devs liked half-life 2..

Well put me down in the like it camp too, had quite a bit of fun with the demo and then you get pulled out just as it was going to get really dangerous!

For the right price this is getting bought. The time controls were nice and the use of it to get around certain problems was pretty nicely done.

Bit teary at times though it's not too much of an issue.

Just played this and liked it a lot. It's hardly a AAA title, and it's hugely derivative; take pinch of Fear (slow-mo), a dash of Red Faction 2 (propaganda loop), and a whole shed-load of any dystopian urban warfare shooter (Killzone, HL2 etc)...

...but I loved the gameplay and atmosphere. The time controls have been quite nicely implemented - you're free to use them when you want, but you have to at points to progress (loved the rewind on the collapsing walkway). The crossbow is awesome - flaming bolts + slow mo = spectacular gibs.

A very likely purchase for me, pending reviews. Not a full price purchase, but it did more for me than other recent demos (anyone else underwhelmed by MOH?).

I was initially underwhelmed by MoH... but a second run through really opened my eyes. There were enough "new" ideas in it to raise my interest.

I gave this demo another look (after more than four hours kip this time)... Still think it looks like a last-gen relic. Really can't find anything nice to say about it. And I'm not usually averse to playing less than stellar software.

Problem with MoH is that is takes an eternity to actually kill anyone and from listening to the GFW podcast that gets worse as the game goes on with "supersoldiers" firing MG42s from the hip and others using Panzerschrecks as anti-personnel weapons!

Really? I was putting people down in that demo far easier than in this one.

And I love the upgrades system, tbh.
