In a highly unsurprising, if very late, move, Lost Planet will be PS3 bound early next year.

All the DLC from the 360/PC versions is a decent way of making it being much too late seem less of a punch in the testicles, it certainly made the year delay for Resi 4 easier to take. I'm just wondering if anyone will give a shit by the time it comes out.

I think that non-360 owning PS3 owners shoud give a shit, as I really quite enjoyed the game. The only problem is that by the time it comes out the PS3 will actually have some other games available. Maybe not too many, though, so it could still have a chance.

I really liked the look of it in the early videos, but it seems to have had a very 7/10 reception from most people, and with th PC version only getting 66 on metacritic, it may not port well either.

I love the setting though, and have friends who really like the game, and assuming the sequel will be better again I'd like to have experienced the story first hand.

I'll probably get it if Christmas doesn't hoover out my wallet too much.

Lost Planet was pretty good. Controls were a bit mental at times though.

If I only had a PS3 and knowing what I know about it I'd be all over this.
