That big turtle thing near the geysers is a BASTARD!

The only one I've been properly stuck on so far. He just seems to melt away my energy before I get the chance to use the geysers to topple the bastard

Yeah, luckily he went over right away for me, but he can be a right challenge just to get him standing in the right place.

Just came upon him. I actually found it quite easy to get him to a geyser. Just rode from left to right in front of him until he was in position and than circled around so that he would stay in place.

I think it's actually climbing up him 'in time' before he flips back over that's giving me the most torsion. I didn't think of riding around him though rather than running - maybe the extra speed of Agro might make me less of a target.

I loved his predecessor though - Perfect lesson in why beards are wrong :)

That flying sand monster was awesome! Definitely will be remembered as one of my favourite gaming moments. :)

He was a cunt. A cunt.

This is if you mean the dragon thing fairly late on.

Cunt!

Yeah, and how gorgeous is the sandstorm during the battle?

Fun fact: this gentle giant is the only colossus that never attacks you.

I didn't have any problems with camera. :)

I think the hardest part in SotC is getting on your horse...

Downloaded the dynamic themes for this last night. What a disappointment - why they've chosen this grainy, migraine-inducing effect to it.

I've gone for the SotC theme as it's the better of the two, but I can see the Uncharted 3 theme making a return....

And done. :)

It's a good game. Didn't find it particularly emotional or atmospheric, but the animations where excellent.
The transition between sounds was a bit odd in places. Take one step into a cave and reverb is set to max, take one step back and it's gone. And in some places you stand between two sound environments and the game would be completely silent. :)

Annoying aren't they. I reverted to my normal 'neon' theme because they so poorly done. Not downloaded the developer interviews yet but hardly worth the bother from what I hear.

I'm not bothering with the download codes. The OCD in me feels like that is "soiling" the product by using up a part of it. Same reason I never use stickers that come free with games, either (still have my pristine FFVIII stickers, unstuck, and my XXL FFVIII t-shirt, unworn!)

The videos will be on Youtube at some point. No dynamic theme will ever replace my photo of my adorable little cousins. And I already have an egg avatar that I love :)

Hah I'm the same about stickers. I still have a Robocop sticker that came with the ST version. And somewhere in the house there are also Carrier Command, Morpheus and Barbarian stickers still on their backing, slightly yellowed and curly but still intact.

I used the DLC codes because I'm sure there'll be some sort of a decent collector's edition I'll lay my grubby mitts on at some point.

And you have been so for at least a fortnight. ^^;

I can understand the logic behind stickers and similar physical extras, but DLC codes? They're not really part of the package imo, the things that you can download with them are.
