Wotcha gaming types!

Does anyone know of a decent resource for old game maps? I'm specifically looking for decent quality maps of stuff like Manic Miner, other old speccy stuff - even old NES and SNES stuff. Maps made from screengrabs would be lovely but anything would do.

I've got a cunning plan....

If you wanted to build levels with more than 2 colours, the Zzap 64 scan archive might be a good place to hunt around for inspiration as well. :-)

I are, I started work on the first AATG level last night but I'm stealing a lot of ideas from people who actually KNOW how to design decent levels for games. So I'm looking at a lot of retro platform stuff to get ideas.

I can draw what I want, I just can't seem to get the structure of a level down so I'm plagiarising :)

Got a lovely grab of the AATG logo in last night which I'm trying to trim up enough to use as a sticker though... :)

It won't matter, the camera fucks it anyway. I got a reasonably big high res one from when I was doing the Forza 2 AATG car (I actually painstakingly hand-drew the fucking thing from scratch for that from a flash-drawn version) so I'm good. Soon as I've got owt concrete I'll vid-cap it and stick it up somewhere.

Now all I need is the gubbins to create a miner's helmet for my Sackboy.

Peej, I just found out that you can connect levels you've created before with each other. I just thought that could be useful for your retro game level.
