Cheap Tripod for DSLR

Looking around, cheap certaintly seems to mean crap in regards to tripod but my budget is limited and I found this on Amazon which genuinely looks pretty good for the price.

Can someone have a peek and let me know if it would meet my amateur photography needs?

That actually looks flimsier than my dirt cheap Hama (which was 12.99 from Argos)

Basically though if you can get one with a hook on the bottom, you'll be alright. Stick some weight on it and it should stay put.

I won't ask why you need a tripod, you filthy heathen!

It's getting some great reviews though and actually sounds quite sturdy, think it's made by Konig.
