Yes, probably faster if the lunches are very good. :)

Now, I just need that in month. I'm guessing that the time they need to decide varies greatly, depending on how contested it is and how important. There has to be some sort of average, though.

38,512. One to pretend to justify their expenses, the other 38,511 to screw you, the lightbulb and everything else

New random question.
Is there anything worth knowing about David Miliband that I can find out via wikipedia? I play him in an EU simulation next year and am supposed to write a little about him and what UK government thinks about various topics.

While at University, David Milliband actually formed a student band called "The Milliband Band" but everyone got confused and just thought he had a stutter.

Miliband has also had a gastric band fitted, has a wide variety of rubber bands, and is completely hatstand about bandstands.

(er, no. Sorry)

The HIV one seems most important.

Yeah definitely don't do a paper on videogames unless you're just going to write "They're evil. the end" in big red felt tips on a piece of foolscap.

Oh, good guess, peej. :)

I'm supposed to analyse an article and those three are probably the easiest to analyse.

Well, it's probably true! Let me guess:

Video games lower grades.

Video games harm social life.

I'm just going out on a limb, here :)

@York
Not according to those two studies actually. For instance if play a lot of games that are not in your native language (it was an Indonesian study) your knowledge in that language will be significantly higher.
Your grades might still be good even though you play a lot, too.
It's all about the right balance. :)

Video games can actually help your social life according to the other study. Apparently you can get a lot of social support from playing MMOG (WoW specifically), especially when you are member of a guild. If you play to much though it will have a negative impact.

PS: I'm doing the AIDS one. Not surprisingly gender, income and HIV are positively related.

Are you looking into Geo-Social differences as well? In between different areas of one country or between countries?

I'm only supposed to analyse the methodology of the article, but considering geo-social differences will be one of the suggestions for further studies I'm going to make.
