I'm heading over to Japan next week and have a decent amount of cash to blow on new gadgets and the like.

Any suggestions as to what cool stuff (games, gadgets - that sort of thing and no peej, I'm not buying some used panties!) I could buy?

An ebook reader is a possibility.

No ideas on the gadget front, I suppose you could get a PSP GPS and camera as they're not too expensive, but you must attempt to navigate Kabukicho from memory of the Yakuza map. :-)

Buy a PS3 and then sell it over here for a massive loss!

That or I'd be happy if you could pick me up some of those vending machine knickers.

Aw, that'd be cool. Unfortunately, I'm not going anywhere near Tokyo this time :-(

And Mike, no knickers!

Not strictly gadget/game related, but with strength of the Pound against the Yen at the moment, I'd definitely recommend a trip to the "Bapexclusive" Bathing Ape store in Aoyama/Omotesando (not far from the Prada building).

Quality selection of cool japanese t-shirts/sneakers/sweatshirts/etc. Pricey but worth it, plus the store itself is the coolest you'll ever set foot in.
